Requirement Acquisitions

Requirements acquisition and integration are critical components of our methodology. Depending on the complexity of engagement, STPL can provide onshore/on site, senior solution engineers to complete the processes of requirements acquisition, knowledge transfer and integration.
Requirements are quickly converted into Prototypes/Pilots through an iterative and interactive approach to formulate accurate design documents, thus reducing the potential for false starts, re-dos and delays from incomplete or inaccurate documentation

Quality Assurance

To ensure predictable and consistent results, all our development activities are covered by vigorous QA. Quality assurance is undertaken by dedicated people assigned to each engagement.

Project Management

STPL has access to PMI-certified project managers and ensures that all engagements are suitably controlled and all stakeholders have adequate and appropriate visibility of project activities.

Change Process

Standard Development Methodologies

• Waterfall

  For those projects in which requirements are well-defined and/or process management expertise is available; Waterfall development is a structured and sequential approach to life-cycle development and subsequent management.

• Extreme Programming

  Majority of today's projects seem to be "due yesterday", with little pre-existing documentation. In this high-pressure environment, agile development processes emphasize an incremental development life-cycle that reduces error and increases learned efficiencies.

STPL tailors the Standard Development Methodologies to suite the specific requirement of an engagement. Most projects will fall between Waterfall practices on one end and Extreme programming on the other. STPL in close coordination with its clients agree on a methodology and ensures compliance for each project.
