What is a shared electronic whiteboard?
An electronic whiteboard is a white rectangular area on a computer screen, on which we can write or draw using a digital pen. A digital writing pad - a tablet with the size of a mouse pad, and a digital pen - a mouse which looks like a pen, are used to simulate the experience of writing with a pen.

How do I use audio?
Once you sign in you can view demo, which includes a whiteboard. Select the button present in the student window. Make sure your computer has a sound card, speakers and a microphone. That's all there is to it! If you're having trouble with audio, check to see that your microphone works. Make sure your microphone and speakers are plugged in correctly and turned on.

What are the gadgets/tools that I should have?
Upon sign-up, you have to get a starter kit which includes:
A headset/microphone combo
A digital writing pad
A digital pen

What is expected from parents?
Parents are expected to provide a distraction-free environment for their children. They will receive the schedule information at the time of enrollment. Parents must know their children's schedule, and ensure that they log on to the website 5 to 10 minutes in advance, and wait for the teacher to join the session. The teacher also will log on at the scheduled time, and will automatically be connected to the child at the start time.

How do I know my tutor is qualified?
Each registered tutor has a profile, which includes their educational background, teaching qualifications, verification status, personal statement and hourly rate. Verification is done by our organization that is a reliable task and we provide you the best as we can.

How do I register?
Go to the Educational Services page, and choose the button marked Register either as a student or as a teacher. This will take few minutes to complete. Choose your Login ID and password. Finish your registration. Once your registration is completed, you will be able to review your Stpl.biz account.

What if I forget my password?
If you have already registered at Stpl.biz and have forgotten your password, go to Educational Services page and click Forgot Password? Enter your Login ID and click continue and follow the process.

Can I use this service if I do not have a credit card?
NO. You must have a credit card.

What if I am disconnected from the Online Classroom in the middle of a session?
When this happens, close all your windows and restart your browser. You just have to login again. If you see your tutor, you may reconnect and continue your session. If not, email to [email protected] and contact us and arrange a future session. Please include the name of your tutor and the subject being taught in your email.

How do I meet my tutor online for a scheduled appointment?
Sign-in to your account. If your tutor is logged in then you will be automatically connect to your tutor.

Are there any advantages?
