    SRM’s  Software Group has been appraised at CMMI Level 3.

    Lucknow,  India -- October 24, 2016 – CMMI Institute today announced that STPL has been  appraised at Level 3 of the CMMI Institute’s Capability Maturity Model  Integration (CMMI).

    Neeraj  Agarwal, CEO of STPL, acknowledging the recognition, said, - "Achieving  CMMI Level 3 Appraisal is a landmark achievement by team STPL. Having already  established ourselves as a stable organization with long-term focus, we believe  that the CMMI framework will propel growth in terms of size and revenue, while  ensuring consistent quality of our products and services that our customers  have come to expect of us. We are very excited with the achievement of this  milestone by our organization."

    CMMI  is a process improvement approach that provides organizations with the  essential elements of effective processes that ultimately improve their  performance. An appraisal at maturity level 3 indicates the organization is  performing at a "defined" level. At this level, processes are well characterized  and understood, and are described in standards, procedures, tools, and methods.  The organization’s set of standard processes, which is the basis for maturity  level 3, is established and improved over time.
