The manager dashboard allows a manager to log in and view a wide range of statistical reports presenting the summary of the performance of his branch and his agents. The Dash board contains various web based reports with drilling down options up to the transaction level.

Manager Dashboard

  • The reports give the manager a clear picture of the revenue generated, commission earned, charges, active listings, closed sides, pending sales, unpaid charges, new listings, new sales, closed transactions, etc. in the branch for a specified time period.
  • Agent roster gives the list of agents working under the manager. It also contains a brief numerical summary of the performance of agent.
  • The manager can also view the performance of each agent under him by having a look at the charts and reports of the agent.
  • The dashboard also contains various calendars namely listing calendar, closing calendar, anniversary calendar, and birthday calendar for reminding about the important dates of the business.
  • The "Top 10" lists gives the names of top 10 agents who have given best performances in listings, selling, closed transactions, commissions, etc. for a specified time period.
  • Reports "Agents >30 days without sales" and "Agents >30 days without listings" show the list of non performing agents.
