Students can view their schedule for the entire session. Any queries from the students will be answered by administrator.
The role of a teacher is quite imperative for the administrator. A teacher can enhance the schedule as per his/her requirement about the particular subject. If the teacher feels that the schedule is not comfortable for him/her then only the administrator will handle these sorts of problems. Teacher can enhance the schedule without changing the format of the schedule. A teacher can add details about their course using the scheduler to give a clear understanding of the course structure to their students. {A teacher can view their schedule as well as that of for any other class. }
Administrator designs an archetype of the schedule, for a single week. Our scheduler program will extend this weekly schedule to the entire session schedule. The basic template for schedule is designed by the administrator and no one except the administrator can change the schedule. Administrator has the rights for making and overruling any changes made by the other users.

An administrator will have all the rights which a teacher and student have. He can make any changes and override any features. He is provided with all the controls to manage any major changes.
- Administrator will schedule the classes depending on the availability of teacher for different lectures and classes
- Administrator will be able to modify the academic program, which includes academic schedule including new subjects and classes, as per the requirement of the teacher and the student
- Administrator will be able to monitor the attendance of every student and teacher
- Administrator will get the feedback from teachers and students and be able to improve upon it
- Administrator will be able to create the new session's list for all classes based on the previous sessions' result
Administrator will schedule the classes for the students using a scheduler module. While scheduling, this module will provide help in finding any conflicts between various teachers availability schedule. The prepared schedule will be made available to the teachers where they will be adding the details of their respective courses like lectures, assignment, quizzes, exams etc. for all the classes. This schedule will then be viewable by every student depending on their class. Thus, enabling them to view the schedule of the whole session and the details of any subject and class.
